Mister Kippax understands that you are considering undertaking  his Response files in Manitoba.
I act as  a business manager  on behalf of Alan on issues as related to : establishing state funded, competent legal counsel of choice, per international law; and, in relation to the specific response from Elizabeth II, 2005.
I am not a lawyer; but, I am in the process of securing the London, England representation of Confidential Jordash Memo; for the purposes of complaints against Elizabeth II re breach of Coronation Oath 1953; and, the UN Credentials Committee challenge against Canada re paramountcy of governance rights as a state nation.
