My apologies : the I emailed the document by error before it was completed
Namely:
  1. Example Letter is NOW attached; and,
  2. As below : IF that demand was delivered to me : I would have : ...
  3. Challenged the BC Court's claimed jurisdiction to approve the Class Action; and, I would have challenged
  4. David Varty's claim to be legal counsel in a non-treatied territory : Issues of Trespass By Custom Law & UN Charter Chapter VII : Illicit hostile military occupation not approved by UN Security Counsel in advance Territorial Integrity
  5. This would be similar to my challenge to the Law Society of BC that I have filed at the UN in ; 2013; and, updated in 2014. Any legal counsel not permitted to practise under indigenous Custom Law in these territories is named through my offices (as Lawspeaker under Kwa'mutsun Nation; and, Chancellor of Laws under the UN registered IGO Great Turtle Island Federation; chaired by Chief Kaneekaneet; and, as Circle of Fires Emissary Doorkeeper in the West) as trespassing; and subject to custom law of the traditional territory of trespass;
  6. The OIPC Court International is available to receive a complaint from both original indigenous Peoples of the territory in question; as well as from persons within the named territory who may require counsel and support - as you appear to require in these circumstances. There is a catalogue of international law that would provide you with applicable right of argument to be provided by state-funded leagal counsel of your choice : there is right here for both individuals and corporations, as I recall : note TC1975.

Hello, Lisa
cc: Patrick & Marivic
Thank you for keeping be abreast re Alan & Related Issues.
Re : Company Directorship : Duties Of Care : varying Statutes across Canada : Uniform Legislation
I have been a director and principal shareholder of many company since the mid-1950s; and, I have witnessed several evolving statutory demands - especially, since the last banking failures circa 2008.
My understanding from you is that you were invited by Alan to become a director of a BC-registered numbered comapny; and, that you accepted this invitation without the benefit of legal counsel. I am not sure if there was a letter or Board motion to cover your invitation and acceptance; but, I am presuming that the BC Company Registries Offices possess some documentation (i.e., an Annual Report by the numbered company) that names you as a director. And, I am going to presume for the purposes of this discussion herein, that the communications between you and Alan was entirely oral in nature.
Further, I understand that a certain David Varty of BC has been granted court leave to proceed with a class action regarding disgruntled "investors" claims against this numbered company and its directors / and / or preferred shareholders.
DAVID VARTY : VARTY & COMPANY : Varty + two partners : Varty at BC Bar in 1980
Hence, some preliminary reflections:
  1. The date of the AK invitation to Lisa
  2. How was this communicated and responded to : oral or in writing
  3. In the matter of "Without Prejudice", I am presuming that you / Lisa did not have the benefit of legal counsel in these matters
  4. Further, I am going to consider that you are not a "sophisticated business person" - as defined in BC under Securities legislation (re issuing of shares / loans/ etc)
  5. I am going to further consider that you / Lisa have not obtained your own personal copy of any BC legislation or federal legislation in these matters of the duties of company directors in Canada  or in a province (depending on whether a company is provincially or federally registered)
  6. And, I am going to presume that you did not attend at any Board of Directors meetings (or through a telephone polling vote) : i.e., you have not conducted any business on behalf of this BC numbered company
Therefore, I am going to suggest for your consideration that you may seek legal counsel on the following (or, do so on your own initiative): Forthwith : on matters of "Ignorance of law" civil issues as opposed to criminal issues
  1. Create an "antedated" letter of renunciation of the invitation to be a BC numbered company Director; perhaps, as below : "antedate" refers to an action to be dated back to another original date as being the effective date for legal reference purposes : note : I had recommended to Alan that his notice to Canada on the citizenship issues was to be "antedated" to when he would have been delivered any notification of his duty to undertake the Oath of Allegiance - which would have been while he was a minor (innocence and "non-sophistication")
  2. Deliver this antedate notice to the court clerk's offices in BC as related to the Class Action
  3. If there is a rendered decision on this Class Action then simply deliver the letter to the BC company Registers offices; asking that it be deposited into the company files. It may be that this company is now not registered for failing to complete Annual Reports
  4. Note : DAVID VARTY is a BC registered lawyer :
